How do I know my size?
Each product page includes fit notes where available. For personalised guidance, contact our studio at hello@norisa.com with your measurements.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International rates and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. Duties may apply depending on your country.
How do I care for my Norisa pieces?
Care instructions are included with every order. Most silk and wool pieces benefit from professional dry cleaning; linen and cotton may be hand-washed cold.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production or dispatch has begun, changes may not be possible.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe using industry-standard encryption. Norisa never stores your full card details.
