We want you to love every Norisa piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return window
Eligible unworn items with original tags attached may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to inspection upon receipt.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and craftsmanship reasons, earrings, intimate apparel, and custom or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless defective.
How to start a return
Email hello@norisa.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions and a prepaid label where applicable.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
